We are a volunteer-run food coop and volunteers answer your messages so it may take a week or so to reply to your emails.
Pre-Orders are currently processed on a monthly basis, but if we already have your products in stock you may receive your order sooner.
Payment is due at the time of pickup at the store. Payment types accepted in-store are debit, cash, or cheque. We also accept interac e-transfer - if you'd like to pay by e-transfer, details will be included in your "order is ready for pick up email". Orders over $200 may require 50% deposit in advance.
You will receive an automated email confirmation of your order. You will also receive an email or phone call when your order is ready for pick up, after the supplier shipment arrives at The Grainery store.
