Black bean brownies come in fudgey, moist and soooo delicious!
Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease a 9"x9" baking pan with coconut oil.
Blend all ingredients together until you reached the desired consistency (I like it smooth, but my husband likes it a little chunky)
Pour in prepared pan, smooth top with spatula.
Bake for 40-50 min until center is set.
Allow to cool on rack for 10-15 min or longer.
Firms up really nice in the fridge.
instead of cooking the black beans from scratch, you can use 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained
