Description

A garlicky, tasty dip that tastes great with chicken or fish or use it to dip veggies in it for a satisfying snack

Paleo, dairy-free, gluten-free, raw, vegan

Ingredients

1 1⁄2 c
raw almonds (soaked overnight)
16 oz
roasted bell pepper jar, drained ((~1.5 cups))
4 clv
garlic
1⁄4 c
extra-vergin olive oil
2 T
red wine vinegar
1 t
ground paprika
1 t
red pepperflakes (optional, use to taste)
1⁄4 t
sea salt
1⁄4 t
ground black pepper

Instructions

Place all in blender, process until smooth.

 

Notes

best if processed in high speed blender (Vitamix, Blendtec etc.)
