There are 2 ways to purchase food from The Grainery:

• Pre-Orders: You can place a bulk food pre-order on our website to access larger quantities of food at the lowest price. Click here to access the pre-order page.  We accept pre-orders from the community and place collective monthly orders directly with suppliers - Speerville Flour Mill and Tootsi Impex - to help us keep prices low.  The monthly pre-order deadline is on the 30th of each month. Your order will typically be ready within 2-3 weeks after the deadline (we will call or email to notify you).
  
  
• At the Store: We have a storefront on Agricola Street in North End Halifax where you can shop during our opening hours. In addition to Speerville and Tootsi products, we offer a variety of products from local suppliers including Nutsmith, Acadiana Soy, Down East, Just Us, Cosman and Whidden Honey, and Ripley's Maple. Most of our food items are available in bulk, so please bring bags, containers, or jars for us to measure your food into. If you forget your own containers, we have plastic bags at the store that we can offer you.

  Wednesday 2:30pm-6:30pm (No preorder pick-ups)
  Friday 1:00pm-5:00pm
  Saturday 12:00pm-4:00pm
  Sunday 12:00pm-2:00pm

*Please note that as of Fall 2022, our products are not longer available at the Brewery Market in Downtown Halifax. We may resume our partnership with the Brewery Market at a later date!
