The Sprout Haus is a nifty kitchen counter unit that grows mung bean sprouts in 24-36 hours.  Sprouts give you huge nutritional benefits for very little money.  One 500 g bag of organic mung beans (can be purchased in bulk too at The Grainery), will provide you with a tray of sprouts per week.  Eat them just as they are sprouting or leave them to grow into long bean sprouts for your stir fry.  Use them in sandwiches, smoothies, snacks - anyway you want.
